We currently ship anywhere within the United States.

What’s your return policy?

Cowhide Care
My cowhide rug arrived with some creases—what should I do?

That’s totally normal! Just lay it flat in a warm, dry space and the folds should relax within a few days. You can also gently reverse roll it or place heavy objects on the creased areas to help speed things up.

Routine vacuuming, light brushing, and gentle spot-cleaning go a long way. Always avoid soaking the hide and steer clear of harsh soaps.
